Wilderness Systems Sun Shield (size W12-W13)

A simple easy way to keep sun and splash off your legs while kayaking. Wilderness Systems introduced the world to the 1st kayak mini-skirt for sit-in-side kayaks, now sold as the TrueFit Sun Shield. This is a simple half skirt for warm weather and mild waters. Non-confining for an open cockpit feel with sun protection. Large zippered mesh pocket on deck for storing items that can get wet. The encapsulated stay-bar arcs the fabric deck to shed splash and spray away from the paddler. The tapered sides provide added protection alongside the paddler, often the lowest point in a cockpit rim. A bungee cord rand is easily adjusted to fit rims of assorted cockpit sizes. A miniskirt shields your lap and legs from spray, splash, and sun as well as providing a handy surface on which to change lures, or consult a chart.

This product is made to fit the W12 and W13 size, fits cockpits 50-58 inches long, 20-24 inches wide.
