Riot Seat Back Cover (No. 10)

Best used as a replacement seat back cover for Riot brand touring kayaks. Color is black. Might also be know as Number 10 Seat-Cover. This seat pat is constructed from a plastic panel with padding sewn onto one side. An opening leads into the internal pocket. There are five mounting holes on the back side, ask for a photo of pattern if needed. Seat Back Pad is about 14.5 wide, 9.5 inches tall, about .75 inch thick.
