Cobra brand foot control straps for Cobra rudder systems common on the Eliminator and Expedition models (might be used for Tourer too). Commonly used with Spectra Cord, or Utility Cord as rudder cable. Two adjustable 1 inch wide straps, each at 10 inches long. Expect to melt your screw holes and re-use your mounting hardware.
